Mô tả công việc:

- We need to recruit 01 Project Key Account Executive  (Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay, Ha Noi)
- Synergy all brands, by utilizing advantage of each brand to penetrate to high-end PJ market.
- To develop and establish close relationship with potential developers, key accounts as well as special key accounts.
- To set up, implement and monitor sales plan. Responsible for all brands equally penetrating to PJ according to their scale.
- To coordinate with marketing team in developing and implementing all internal and external promotional activities in order to get more MWP
- To work more aggressively in order to get high converse rate
- To monitor the marketing environment by gathering specific data such as economic, political, construction industry and competitive trends.
- To identify needs and give support for NKA teams in order to help them to achieve the target.
- To support PJ Distributors in enhancing their relationship with KA, wining more PJ for distributors.
- To coordinate, share information with other KAs in order to achieve more PJ locally, working closely with the opportunity management team (OM) to input more PJ in pipiline.
- To support PJ sales manager in planning annual PJ sales budget, that will form part of company business plan.
- Coordinate with Brand leaders to propose appropriate products to PJ as well as its technical support.
- To analyse, control and do periodically reports on actual sales turn-over, in order to monitor and control sales target.
- To propose to manager any recovery plan upon there is some risks or some gáp in achieving AOP monthly/yearly.
- To prepare periodically Sales project reports to leader
- To measure the effectivess of sales project activities and propose corrective actions where necessary.
- To refind product knowledge constantly
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Have University degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Key Account role.
- Have solid understanding of Sales field, good understanding of Vietnam sanitary ware market in North & South region.
- Strong presentation skill, good communication skill, willing to work under pressure, strong cross-functional Project management, teamwork environment.
- Minimum 26 years old.
- Exellent language skill in both English & Vietnamese.
- Fit & healthy.
