Yêu cầu công việc:

RECRUITING INFORMATION FOR POSITION ACCOUNT MANAGER


  1. Internal responsibilities:


  • Report directly to Managing Director (MD) regarding project status (Timeline, status, client management, work progress etc.)

  • Training and supervising Account Executive


 


  1. External responsibilities:


  • Taking the client’s brief and collecting information

  • Researching, analyzing and developing proposal sold to clients

  • Calling for and coordinate Kick-off meeting (briefing the team, brainstorming ideas, and assigning work)

  • Together with the Managing Director, establishing and achieving business objective, goals, strategies, action plans for each project

  • Managing the project databases (project management software, project documents both hard and soft copies etc.)

  • Communicating between the creative and production team with the client

  • Client management (communication, managing expectation, providing information and feedback), ensuring the project success and clients' satisfaction

  • Building up and keep good relationship with all clients, suppliers, freelancers and talents.

  • Daily interaction with client for update or handling crisis (if have)

  • Leading and do cooperation with all aligned partners in execution phase

  • Following carefully internal financial process along with preparing paperwork to submit

  • Conducting the report by end of project to client and build up a case study of each project to MD
  • At the same time, the amount of accounts to be handled will be decided by MD upon to workload of the Account team

 


  1. Creative responsibilities:


  • Joining pitches is the nature of BTL, thus, an AM is expected to join all brainstorm sections to contribute ideas for all projects when needed and workload allows.


 


  1. Representative responsibilities:


Each Account Manager is an ambassador of the company


 


For Junior AMs


  1. Requirement:


  • Working experience: 0 -1 year


  • Industry experience: marketing, media, advertising, creative agencies


 


  1. Skills:


  • Excellent command of Microsoft, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • Time management

  • Workload management

  • Relationship management

  • Critical thinking

  • Business writing

  • Research

  • English

  • Presentation - Deliver proposal presentation to client

  • Sufficient understanding of marketing theories and applications

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly


 


  1. Compensation


  • Salary - Junior Account Manager: 4.000.000 - 6.000.000 VND per month

  • Benefits will be dealt during the interview

For Senior AMs


  1. Requirement:


  • Working experience: 1 -3 year

  • Industry experience: marketing, media, advertising, creative agencies


 


  1. Skills:

  • Time management

  • Workload management

  • Relationship management

  • Critical thinking

  • Business writing

  • English

  • Research

  • Pitching - Deliver proposal presentation to client

  • Cashflow development and management

  • Understanding of finance

  • Deep understanding of marketing theories and applications

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly


 


  1. Compensation


  • Salary - Senior Account Manager: 6.000.000 - 9.000.000 VND per month

  • Benefits will be dealt at the interview
