| - As a supervisor’s job, my duty was: 1. Supervising shops, following the target, inputing/outing goods, controlling staff, ensure customer receive the best products and service. 2. Manage and organize my job to guarantee the bussiness deadline and the best effective job, assigned tasks and control junior staff. 3. Flexibility in solving matter is a necessary thing that I used to apply for problem arising relate: goods, promotion, customer complaint and staff ‘s contradiction. 4. Create friendly and amicable working environment and co-operation with staff that followed the guidline: help for develop, share new ideas to devote for job improvement, limit unnecessary redundance. - As an assistant’s job,my duty was: 1.Support General Manager in connection, negotiation with partner in purchasing, ordering goods for promotion. 2.Set up and run event, combine with department’s partner to deploy detailed event’s plan 3. Do sale report for General Manager, Account Manager weekly, monthly and paperwork such as: time management, evaluate and nominate staff, create working form, update delivery order and customer data, follow the goods. From the effortful working, I created good relationship with colleague, junior staff, built up a system of shops run smoothly, a selling standard that satisfy customers and they believe to choose Wacoal’s products. Furthermore, successful promotion brought good sale turnover, and paperwork help me more proficient in MS office( Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, Internet, English, Sale report was exactly and catch the deadline from accountant’s requirement. |
