Mô tả công việc:

•           Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending suitable product.
•           Identifying new customer and arranging meetings with potential customers to develop and maintain relationship.
•           Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospect and evaluating their potential.
•           Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.
•           Attending seminar, exhibition, and events to cultivate customers and strengthen personal networking.
•           Reviewing sales performance regularly. 
•           Making reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
•           Enhancing professional and technical knowledge of this business.
•           Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
•           Reporting to manager on marketing/sales activities/customer pipeline regularly.
•           Carry out daily tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

•           University graduate.
•           Proficient in English; second language in Japanese, Korean or Chinese is preferable.
•           Experienced in sales/marketing for industrial property is preferable.
•           Adaption & teamwork
•           Confidence, independence, proactive personality, responsibilities and motivation for sales.
•           Presentation skills, Communication skills, problem solving skill, negotiation skills, client relationship skills.
•           Hard working and get ready for business trip.
