Mô tả công việc:

•           Support customers to prepare and submit for licenses to set up a company
•           Update customers on new rules and regulations
•           Co-ordinate with others Department/Division of VSIP and related local authorities, agencies to help customers with their business operations
•           To resolve & ensure Customers' complaints or requests are promptly closed with solutions
•           To follow-up outstanding issues closely & ensure Customers are being updated on the progress
•           Constantly call and/or meet customers to update account information
•           Enthusiastically participate in all kinds of activities campaigns organized by the Department/Company
•           Carry out surveys & research and prepare regular or required report
•           Regularly report/update to immediate supervisor on tenant issues
•           Study and improve knowledge through higher level colleagues for personal development.

Yêu cầu công việc:

•           Sex: Male
•           Age: 25~40
•           Qualification / Education / training: University graduate
•           Computer: Good Microsoft office and computer skill
•           Foreign language: Proficient in Chinese language; second language in English is a plus
•           Articulate with good interpersonal skills
•           Good team player
•           Good communication skills & positive learning attitude
