Mô tả công việc:

- Handle customer enquiries and complaints to assist and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy products and services.
- Ensure all bookings (flight, bus, train, ferry) are processed within required timeframe following company’s procedure
- Issue tickets to customers via booking systems
- Other duties assigned by Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Minimum 01-year experience in travel industry and customer support
- Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Responsible, pro-active and attention to details
- Be a good team player.
