Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bid and proposal management including estimation
- Managing multiple projects concurrently
- Resource and cost management
- Scope management including change control management and executing change requests
- Verbal and written communication
- Project planning and monitoring
- Resource management, Risk management, Team management
- Strong track record in managing complex projects on-time, on budget
- Stakeholder management and relationship
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 10 year experience in implementation projects/initiatives in banking industry, of which at least 05 years in branch transformation or branch set up.
