Terminal C (TC) is located in Houston, Texas USA. Terminal C Vietnam (TCVN), located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is wholly owned by Terminal C.We concentrate on quality not quantity. Our business model does not allow us the rapid growth of some of our competitors. What it does allow us is almost zero employee turnover and a team that functions with remarkable synergy. We are all employees. We use no contractors for our application development work.During slack periods we do not terminate exceptional employees. Instead we concentrate on researching new technologies and writing test cases for those we find most interesting.Most of our development is performed by TCVN while application deployment and client support is usually provided by TC.TC and TCVN are in contact with one another daily.
