Factory is built at Tam Phuoc Industrial Zone, National Road 51, Tam Phuoc Commune, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province with ceramic tile manufacture chain by Italian technology. Manufacturing chain is automatic from famous companies: SITI, SACMI; kiln from NASSETTTI; enamel chain, silk print by OMIS auto pump.Factory capacity : 45,000m2/ day (16,200,000m2/ year) includes ceramic tiles for wall and foundation tiling size 12x40, 12x50, 20x20, 20x25, 25x25, 25x40, 30x30, 40x40, 50x50, 30x45, 30x60, recently new styles and more sizes are launching to the market.In 1998, the factory manufactured the first batch. Parallel with market deployment by sampling and showing in the construction material shops, and development agent system nationwide and upgrade management, quality, re-investment to expand production and modernize the manufacturing chain. There are more than 100 agents around the country now and the distribution channel covers most areas in Viet Nam from North to South. Along with developing domestic market, the company is focusing on exporting to other countries as well. Ymy’s tiles are now selling to Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Srilanka, Cuba and few other Arabic countries. Export attained around 20% total production in 2010Company’s objectives in 2011:1. Expand export market to other countries including: India, Australia, Sweden, and Korea.2. Improve products quality: invite foreign experts to train technical teams, develop new designs.3.
