- To take responsibility for booking hotels in Hanoi and ensure the quality of services.

- To advise sales to choose suitable hotels for each client.

- To negotiate the best services and prices - if necessary.

- To co-operate with other departments to get the best services and prices.

o Solving problems (if any) by following feedbacks of quality.

o Regular review the quality of services provides by hotels in Hanoi.

o Working about contracts prices, priority partnership, strategy for next seasons following the mission of the company.

o Researching and developing suppliers’ network with best production.

Yêu cầu công việc:

The successful candidate should be: 

- Language: Good command of English is a must. Second language French/Germany/Italy/Spanish is a plus.

- Education: college/BA/MBA in Tourism, Economy, Management, or other related majors.

- Extensive knowledge of hotel industry.

- Good understanding of other services as food, catering, transfer…

- Good destination understanding (Hanoi and surrounding). 

- Having at least 1 year experience in tourism field.

- Skills:

Good communication and computer skills.

Good at negotiation, problem solving skills.

Time management and organization skills.

Very good teamwork player.

- Characteristics: 

Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, patient, detail-oriented, careful, sensitive.

Flexible, good service mindset.

Ability to work under high pressure and overtime (if any – in high season)
