Mô tả công việc:

- Oversee and drive the success of growth in Cognitive and Cloud
- Take responsibility for the technical skills in the country, projects or programs involving multifunctional, country-wide or regional teams.
- Take responsibility for functional program and business unit
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and country costs
- Define and decide on tools, processes, priorities and resources following general business unit directives
- Maintain close relationship with C-suites and internal stakeholders
- Lead and drive a highly skilled technical team across all functions within the country
- Collaborate with regional team to ensure development
- Directly report to country General Manager
 

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Deep technical skills in Cognitive, Cloud, Analytics and Security trends and technology
- Have at least 5 years experience in similar role for the company with the scale of  3000 employees
- Experience in leading teams and understand organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Have good communication skills to guide other professionals and negotiate with other C-suites and stakeholders
- Have great problem solving skills to analyze complex situation, anticipate threats, future trends, opportunities and threats to develop and implement solution.
