Senior Business Analyst (Japanese)

Meet and collect information from customers.
Write documents, manage requirements, do feasibility/conformance studies and act as a bridge between customer & engineering team.
Analyze and clarify customer requirements.
Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements.
Write business requirements specification documents, business flow documents, usecase specification documents; Prototype interface design.
Consulting from a professional perspective based on his analysis and research.
Communicate content, support project members, project managers to clarify customer requirements to be met.
System manual documentation.
Organize guidance and support for users to use the product and handle problems when problems occur

At least 03 years as a BA at a technology or technology-related company
Applicants need to have N2 or higher communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in Manufacturing and Retailing.
Have knowledge of information technology, have good work management skills, good thinking.
