Mô tả công việc:

  • Gameplay System Designing, Player Experience Designing, Level Designing.
  • Optimizing the skill system to maximize players’ gameplay experience.
  • Designing the asset system, formulating item stats. 
  • Working with the Art Director to turn concepts into fun and functional contents.
  • Working with our lead Concept Artist to design various levels.
  • Working with our Game Developers and blockchain specialists to ensure the system works seamlessly.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Structural, optimal, and minimal mindset.
  • Has originality, backed by the deep understanding of gameplay mechanics & players’ psychology .
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the game industry or,
  • Proven success in creating compelling and innovative gameplay in MMO games or similar.
  • Has experience with game design tools.
  • Experience with MMORPG and/or simulation games (space related experience is a plus).
  • Management and communication skills are extremely valuable. 
  • Be proactive and versatile with great passion.
  • Knowledge of Decentralized Finance and blockchain is a plus.
